Not so much, I'm afraid LOL. This TOTALLY started out as a clean and simple card. I bought some new spellbinders edgabilities and a new (my FIRST) spellbinders M-bossabilities and TOTALLY intended that they should shine and that this card should have clean, simple lines,,,,,,,
yeah,,,,,,,NOT! I suck at clean and simple LOL.
Be that as it may, this card has grown on me since I made it yesterday,,,,,,,I am loving the ballerina pink color,,,,,,the embossing (click to enlarge to see the embossing better), and the roses,,,,,and of course,,,,,I always love bling LOL
Card Recipe:
Cardstock: Coordinations Tim Holtz and Ranger Distress Collection, and Prima PP
dies: Spiral Blossoms 1, Memory Box Open leaf Lorelai, Spellbinders Classic Petal Edgabilities
ribbon: Hobby Lobby
Bling: Michaels
Here's a close up!

Sugar Creek Hollow!!
Good Morning!!!!! We have a really fun challenge for you over at Sugar Creek Hollow this week!!! We want to see your vintage animals or animal scenes on your cards and projects!!!! How fun is that?
Here's the card I made for the challenge!
I found this vintage image of Mary and her little Lamb on line, printed it and used it for my focal point!!!!
I really love how my flowers came out!!!!! Here's a close up, all sugary and glittery!
I cut the flowers out of coffee filters with spiral blossoms 1, the white one I left natural, the pink one I inked with pink ink and the brown one I colored with a copic before rolling,,,,,,,some Martha Stewart glitter glue and a sprinkle of chunky glitter, and they really sparkle!!!!! I think it will be so perfect for my daughter!!! she so loves my cards, so this one is getting ready to be sitting on her desk waiting for her when she comes home this weekend!!!!
Card Recipe: (I am really liking this method of the recipe at the bottom)
Paper:Authentique Essentials 6x6 pad and Recollections Kraft paper
Dies: cottage cutz tea time doily/spellbinders spiral blossoms 1/Memory box Elegnt Scrollwork and Open leaf Loreli dies

My Sweet Mother-in-law
I often hear jokes about mothers in law,,,,,,,most of them are funny,,,,,,but usually represent mothers in law who are less than desirable LOL. I am happy to report that I have been married to my mother in law's son for 29 years,,,and I've never had occasion to regret having her for a mother in law! She's a wonderful woman, and extremely generous.
She was especially so this month and did something very nice for my husband and I,,,,,,,,and so, of course, I had to make a thank you card,,,,,,
Here it is!
Card Recipe:
Papers: Fancy Pants
Stamps: vintage digi image from my stash/Justrite Just the Right Words Set
Inks: Versafine Onyx Black
Dies: Spellbinders Romantic Rectangles, Eyelet Pendants/MFT mini rolled roses/Memory Box Lorelai Outline leaf, elegant scrollwork, iron gate
Pearls, ribbon, corner piece: my stash
I hope you enjoyed the card, and thanks for looking,,,,,,,,,,,

Bonjour!!!
Good Afternoon!!!! I've always been fascinated with anything French,,,,,,I took 8 years of it in school, and I've been a travel agent and had the opportunity to go many times,,and I am totally in love with Paris!! And I was lucky enough to win the grand prize at Simon Says Stamp this past week and win 50.00 worth of goodies! I scored some Paris themed Just Rite stamps and SEVERAL Memory Box dies,,,,,,love them!
Today the mail came and I just had so much fun playing with stamps and dies!!!! I knew I wanted to do another entry for the Justrite Friday Challenge, "Charm Me" so off I went to play with my new Justrite stamps, Au Revoir.
Here's what I came up with!
I created a little collage with several of the stamps in the set and added a pop of color with some red ink,,,,,,,,the dies I used for this card are spellbinders postage stamps and Romantic rectangles, and Memory box Lorelai Outline Leaf, Elegant Scrollwork, and Wrought Iron Gate. I added a heart charm to a sheer black bow, and finished off with two stick pins and a sparkly button.
Here's a close up of the stamps and the bow cluster, including the heart charm,,,,,,
The inks I used to stamp with are ColorBox Cranberry, and Versafine Onyx Black and Vintage Sepia.
Thanks for looking, and I hope you enjoyed the card!!!!
