Hello Sweet Heart,,,,,,,

Good afternoon!

I keep thinking it's Sunday,,,isn't that ludicrous? I have no idea why I'm several days ahead, but I seem to be LOL

I have been having an affair with Stampin Up stamps lately,,,,,,and I think I've bought a dozen sets on Ebay over the past couple weeks,,,,,oy.

Anyway, here's the card,,,,,,,

I just love this Stampin Up Stamp! Once you figure out how to put the pieces together to make wreaths, it's easy peasy!!!
Hope you enjoyed the card, and thanks for looking!!!

Silhouette Cards!

I lovvvvvvvvvvvve my silhouette! I don't use it for every project, but I use it a LOT.

I love it for guy cards, because I can cut card shapes,,,,,,or I can download an image I like and be cutting it in about 40 seconds.

It doesn't get much better than that!

so yesterday was my husband's 55th birthday. Happy Birthday, Jaime! Love you!

and of course, that meant CARD MAKING :)

My husband loves few things more than his camper! So this Silhouette image--turned into a card-- looked perfect!
And he also loves coffee! This is a cute card in the Silhouette store that has a space for a gift card inside.
Just thought I'd share!

Thanks for looking, and I hope you're having a lovely week so far!

Card Recipe:

papers: The Paper Company
Stamps: Hero Arts Operation Write Home stamps
Inks: Memento Tangelo, Rhubarb Stalk, Bamboo Leaves, Stazon black.

Graphic 45 by the Sea, Stampin Up,,,,and some new pencils!

Good afternoon!!!!!!!

I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend! Nothing fun going on here this weekend,,,,,my husband is working, so I'm working on some cards!

Next weekend, however, we're going on a camping rally here in FL, and we're having a Yankee Swap,,,,,,,I have to bring something worth 20 dollars.

So I decided, since I got this fabulous paper for my birthday, and I just bought some amazing Stampin Up stamps (discontinued, of course,,,,,why is it I always fall in love with Stampin Up stamps AFTER they are discontinued??), so I thought I'd make a set of cards and a matching box,,,,,,

and boy did I have fun!!!!!!!
Here is the box, itself, with that gorgeous Graphic 45 paper, By the Sea.
Close up of the Bow. Isn't that "note in a bottle" darling?
Cards in the box, with envies.
Here they all are laid out so you can see each one.
And here I wanted to show you my NEW LOVE,,,,,,,,Derwent Inktense pencils! Oooo la la, love that vivid color!

I had SUCH a hard time NOT adding bows, buttons, gems, etc,,,,,,,but since this is a gift set, I don't want the recipient to have any issues with postage and have them go unused due to that,,,,,,,

so, I made up for the FLATNESS of the cards on the cover of the box!

I hope you enjoyed the box and cards! Leave me a note so I know to go see YOUR blog!!!!!

Thanks for looking, and I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Card Recipe:
Paper: Graphic 45 By the Sea

Good afternoon!

My son, Nick, turned 26 years old on sunday,,,,,,we share a birthday (we won't talk about how old *I* am), and we have spent every birthday together since,,,,,,,

except this past Sunday,,,,,,

How's that cutie for you? LOL,,Although I usually decorate the inside of my grandchildren's cards at least a LITTLE bit,,,,,,,,,,I went a bit OVERBOARD there too!
